International Shipping

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work to improve our

international shipping process.

Starting Monday, May 12, 2025 we are implementing a new minimum order requirement

of $750 USD for all international DHL shipments. This change helps ensure timely

processing and delivery while maintaining the quality of service you expect from us.

 

You have three options for placing your orders:

1. Single Orders between $750 to $1000 the flat shipping rate will be $00.

◦Place your order as usual and select DHL shipping at checkout.

◦Single Orders between $1000 to $1500 the flat rate shipping will be $50.

2. Multiple Smaller Orders That Total $750 or More the flat shipping rate will be $00.

◦Place each order using the "Pickup" option at checkout.

◦A customer service representative will reach out to coordinate DHL shipping once

the combined order total reaches the minimum requirement.

3. Shipping to a Cargo Company (if applicable)

◦If you are working with a cargo company, we can ship your order directly to them

within the U.S.

◦You would simply need to select the UPS round shipping option at checkout

and cover the domestic shipping cost.

 

Additionally, DHL pickups will now take place every Thursday. This schedule change still

guarantees delivery within the standard 5–7 business days from the shipment date.

 

Please note: All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are

subject to the regulations of your country.

Shipping

All orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will ship out the same business day, where as orders placed after 3:00 PM (OR during the weekened) will ship out the next business day.

General Shipping takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location.

International orders and in-state orders have the same policy.

International Shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Customs fees are applied on each orders when crossing international borders. Custom fees are dependent on the country. Each customer will be responsible for paying customs. If you refuse to pay custom fees, the items will be returned to Magnolia Fashion Wholesale.

Currently we do not offer any drop shipping services; All merchandise is sent directly to the business owner.

If your order has not been shipped out just yet, please contact our support team with the correct shipping address. Our team works hard to get every package shipped out within the same day of purchase as quickly as possible and we are unable to make any changes after all items have been sent out.

If we have yet to process your order, a cancellation request may be authorized and approved. Please note that Magnolia Fashion Wholesale does not issue any refunds, if your cancellation is approved you will receive store credit for your purchase.

Returns

We do apologize if the item you received doesn't meet your standards. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the items were damaged during transit time. In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged, we have multiple ways or rectifying the situation. If the item has been damaged, we will require photo or video proof of the damaged piece. Once we confirm the items are damaged, we will go ahead and contact you with a solution.

Customers are more than welcome to shop in our physical store. Keep in mind that our online and physical store have separate registration processes.

Before coming in we do require the following for Florida Residents:

-An issued State ID

-Copy of Resale Certificate

*There is a minimum purchase quantity of 12 pieces at our physical store*

Monday through Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

You may come pick up your order at least 2 hours after it is placed, to allow time for order processing and packing. Pick up times are from 11AM - 4PM, Monday - Saturday.

For new registrations, we ask customers between 1-2 business days for account verification.

Creating an account with us is simple, first you must submit your contact information as well as your business documentation. Once all the documentation is sent, please allow up to 2 business days for our support team to verify your information and get your approval.
