how fast is shipping? when will my items ship out?
All orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will ship out the same business day, where as orders placed after 3:00 PM (OR during the weekened) will ship out the next business day.
General Shipping takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location.
International shipping
International orders and in-state orders have the same policy.
International Shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Customs fees are applied on each orders when crossing international borders. Custom fees are dependent on each country. Each customer will be responsible for paying customs. If you refuse to pay custom fees, the items will be returned to Magnolia Fashion Wholesale.
Do you offer drop shipping services?
Currently we do not offer any drop shipping services; All merchandise is sent directly to the business owner.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped out just yet, please contact our support team with the correct shipping address. Our team works hard to get every package shipped out within the same day of purchase as quickly as possible and we are unable to make any changes after all items have been sent out.
If we have yet to process your order, a cancellation request may be authorized and approved. Please note that Magnolia Fashion Wholesale does not issue any refunds, if your cancellation is approved you will receive store credit for your purchase.
what is the return policy?
We do apologize if the item you received doesn't meet your standards. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the items were damaged during transit time. In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged, we have multiple ways or rectifying the situation. If the item has been damaged, we will require photo or video proof of the damaged piece. Once we confirm the items are damaged, we will go ahead and contact you with a solution.

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged item we truly apologize for the inconvenience as this is not a reflection of our company. If your item is in bad condition we will be more than happy to issue a store credit for the item(s) once it has been returned.

Customers are more than welcome to shop in our physical store. Keep in mind that our online and physical store have separate registration processes.
Before coming in we do require the following for Florida Residents:
-An issued State ID
-Copy of Resale Certificate

Our physical store is open from:
Monday through Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sundays: Closed
Can i pick up my order?
You may come pick up your order at least 2 hours after it is placed, to allow time for order processing and packing. Pick up times are from 11AM - 4PM, Monday - Saturday.
why can't i see any prices?
If you're unable to see the prices while being logged into your account, most likely your account has not been approved yet. Reach out to our support team to finish setting up your account!
For new registrations, we ask customers between 1-2 business days for account verification.
Once your account has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification on the status of your account.
If approved, you will have access to our full website, including viewing prices and purchasing merchandise.
If not approved, you will need to follow up with us with the required documentation.
