Return & Exchange Policies
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the nature of our fast paced and ever changing industry, we do not accept any returns.
We will only accept Exchanges if the item came damaged from the Manufacturer. We check every piece in quality control before shipping out to ensure our high standards are always met. But in the rare occurrence that this may happen, we will exchange only faulty items. Exchanges must be done within 15 days of ship date. We will require photo evidence of damage sent to email@example.com. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you may send the item back in its full pack. We will not accept only one piece from the pack. You must exchange the whole pack which includes 1 small, 1 Medium, 1 large. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer, MFW does not provide return labels. We are NOT responsible for return packages that are lost or misdelivered or undeliverable because of a mistake in address or label. Your exchange will be processed after the items have been received by our warehouse.
If you live in the greater Miami/South Florida area, you are welcome to drop off the items personally at our store.
We will not accept returns or exchanges because of sizing issues, mistakes on made on the customers part, lack of sale, expectations or change of mind.
MFW reserves the right to amend, change or update these policies without notification. MFW reserves the right to deny any exchanges if the terms listed above have not been to MFW's satisfaction.
