I am logged into my account but unable to see prices?

For new registrations, we ask customers between 1-2 business days for account verification.

Once your account has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification on the status of your account.

If approved, you will have access to our full website, including viewing prices and purchasing merchandise.

If not approved, you will need to follow up with us with the required documentation.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an interest-free, loan service provider that gives customers the option to pay for their order in 4 equal installments. With the first payment made at checkout, your order is processed and shipped out! The remaining payments are due every two weeks!

AfterPay may be used on orders valued at $30 to $1000 USD. Ex: If your order is valued at $100, with AfterPay, you will initially pay $25 at checkout to have your order processed and shipped. After 14 days, you are required to pay another $25, etc.

Why do you ask for my identification? Is my information safe?

We ask for a form of identification to verify that the business documentation sent in is indeed yours.

Our annual governmental auditing requires a valid state issued ID or passport filed with every account, as it helps officials identify and control fraudulent activity occurring within businesses.

We understand the importance of security and privacy, which is why all your information is stored within our secure database.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. We also offer AfterPay!!!

Checks, money orders and cash on delivery (COD) are not accepted.

What sizes do you carry? What size am I?

We carry sizes Small, Medium and Large and some styles, OneSize. We currently do not carry plus sizes; however, we are working on expanding our wardrobe to include more sizes!

Our clothing runs true to size, as all items are designed in the U.S. We encourage customers to always check product descriptions for details regarding the material and fit of the item.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the fast paced, ever changing fashion industry, all sales are FINAL and returns are not offered.

The item I want is sold out!! Will you restock it?

If you are interested in a style that is currently sold out, please send us a text to (305) 989-3121 with your restock request. We will work on getting the style restocked for you!

When will my order be processed? How fast is shipping?

Orders placed before 1 PM EST are typically processed same day.

Orders placed after 1 PM EST and on weekends will be processed the next business day.

We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping, which takes 2 business days for delivery. For international orders, we ship via DHL’s International Express service.

How is the quality of your clothing?

Magnolia Fashion Wholesale places quality above everything else! We hand pick our styles and outfits with utmost care and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction. Our clothes will always feel and LOOK good.

Do you offer drop shipping ?

We do not offer any drop shipping services at the moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

At Magnolia Fashion Wholesale we work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel or change any orders once they have been processed, under any circumstances. Before purchasing, please make sure the items in your order and your information at checkout are correct. If you are unsure, please EMAIL or CALL us before placing your order.

If we have yet to process your order, a cancellation request may be authorized and approved. Please note that Magnolia Fashion Wholesale does not issue any refunds, if your cancellation is approved you will receive store credit for your purchase.

When can I pick up my order?
You may come pick up your order at least 2 hours after it is placed, to allow time for order processing and packing. Pick up times are from 11AM - 4PM, Monday - Saturday.
